Packages for functions or sleeping rooms may be delivered to the hotel no sooner than 3 days prior to your arrival date. Arrangements must be made through your Catering/Event Manager for storage.

When shipping packages/boxes to the Hotel, please address them as follows:

• Guest Name (the person who will be on-site picking up the packages) 

• Company Name, C/O Town and Country Resort, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108 

• ATTN: Package Room/ Purchasing - Hold for guest arrival 

• Your on-site contact phone number: 000-000-0000

• Delivery Location: Pacific Ballroom A

• Label number of packages:  1 of 2 - 2 of 2, etc.  

• No COD packages will be accepted. 

• Also, place the MESA Summit sheet on each package

A service charge will be posted to an account for Package Room services rendered to all guests, non-guests and exhibitors. These charges are in addition to the regular freight charges imposed by UPS, RPS, Airborne or any other Service Lines and are subject to change without notice as determined by the hotel.

Current charges are as follows:

Boxes / Tubes

• 0-10lbs: $8.00 per piece

• 11-20lbs: $20.00 per piece

• 21-50lbs: $25.00 per piece

• Over 50lbs: $110.00 per piece

• Box over 17” (21-50lbs.): $50.00 per piece

Additional Items

• Cases: $70.00 per piece

• Letters (mailed out): $8.00 each

Storage

The first three days of Storage is Complimentary with a charge of $30.00 per day thereafter up to a maximum of 14 days.

READ NOW: If using a freight company or bringing a car!

• There is no charge for freight if you bring the freight in yourself.

• Place the MESA Summit sheet on each package

• Drop off date: 9-19-26. This is the setup day.

• Pickup date: 9-22-26 before 12pm. Have someone onsite to work with the trucking company.

• There is NO loading dock for our ballroom, so you MUST have a lift gate truck.

• You will need to use a pallet jack to move your crates into your booth.
